Art Therapy with the CHA University Graduate School of Art Therapy

Under the goal of expressing gratitude to our precious hands by drawing them, the activity was carried out.

By drawing the hand, which is a part of the body that we do not usually notice, it became an opportunity to realize the importance of the hand, and to recognize that oneself is also a valuable and precious being.

An activity was carried out to help with the use of fine and gross motor skills and sensory nerve stimulation by making one’s own flowerpot..

It is held twice a month in each ward and lasts about 30 minutes to 1 hour.

To help seniors achieve psychological and emotional stability and engage in various activities
